Following the development of new technologies and their positive aspects, such as more effective communication, improved industry or advancements in education, countries must now counter the negative side of these technologies, one of them being cybercrime. Cyber Technology is growing, so is cybercrime. Perhaps an international convention could bring new solutions and perspectives to the situation?
