What is the Security Council ?

The security council is a committee constructed of five members who have veto power, which means that if their country chooses to do so, the representatives have the right to cancel or postpone a decision or enactment attempted by another branch/department. In other words, they have the power to stop an agreeement from happening. These members can be representatives of China, France, the Russian Federation, the United Kingdom or the United States of America.
